Hotel Ashly - Acapulco

My recent stay at Hotel Ashly was a pleasant experience. The hotel was always clean and the staff was helpful with parking. The location was convenient and the price/money ratio was reasonable.

The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to parking and nearby amenities. the staff were helpful with parking and responded promptly to guest complaints. the rooms were well-maintained and clean, with comfortable beds and decent breakfast options. the hotel offered a few facilities that added value to the stay, such as a pool or gym.

The hotel lacked some essential amenities, such as English-speaking staff, or fresh linen and towels.

Great location, helpful staff, good price/quality ratio, and super clean rooms. I appreciated the smooth parking process and the tasty complimentary breakfast, too.

Cannot find any fault. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I had a fantastic stay.

Nothing not to like.

The cleaning service was good, and the free breakfast wasn't too bad. We also appreciated the helpful staff with parking and the location of the hotel was convenient for our city break. Dislikes: Unfortunately, the quality of the bed linen and towels was poor, and only one towel was provided for the two of us. the walls were also quite thin, and we were disturbed by the noisy guest next door. To make matters worse, the staff didn't speak English which made communication difficult. not the best experience.
